What do I do if an ordered style does not fit or if I don´t like it?

It can always happen that a style does not fit, even though you have checked the dimensions befor you ordered. Or you realize that the color is just not so good for you. This is not a problem, you can use your right of withdrawal. For this you must explain the withdrawal of the contract to us. You can do this either in person at our shop (Gunterstraße 39, 95233 Helmbrechts. Open Thursday and Friday from 12:00-18:00 and Saturday from 10:00-14:00), by phone, fax, e-mail, or you send your order back to us. You will receive a return receipt with your order. Please fill this out so that we know why you are sending the style back. By your answer you help us to make our products even better. Please attach the return receipt to your parcel, put the shipping slip on the package and return it to a post office. If you have already transferred the amount in advance, we will return the amount immediately, within fourteen days at the latest. Shipping costs can be incurred when you returning goods outside Germany.

 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In Germany, if you order before 12 o'clock midday, the delivery time is approx. 1-3 days. In the EU, carriage takes approx. 3-5 days. Deliveries further abroad may take up to a week.

 
How long does the right of cancellation last?

The right of cancellation normally lasts for 14 days. At Christmastime, the right of cancellation is extended until the 10th January.

 
Which provider do you use to send goods?

We send our goods with DHL GoGreen. This means that all customer deliveries are carbon-neutral.

 
Do you also deliver to Packstations?

Yes, we can also offer you delivery to Packstations. Just give the address and any box number and you will soon be able to pick up your package there.

 
Do you also deliver overseas?

Yes, we send our goods worldwide, but this can sometimes result in high carriage charges.

 
How can I track my order?

Once you have ordered, you will receive a tracking link from us by email.

 
How do I redeem a voucher code?

Simply enter it in the designated field in the shopping basket or payment page and click on "Redeem discount code."

 
Is it also possible to buy from you offline?

Yes, we have our own factory shop in Helmbrechts, right next to the Münchberg Nord exit off the A9 autobahn. There, you can take your time looking at all the styles and trying them on, and get to know the team.

How are your goods packaged?

We despatch all of our goods to end users free of plastic and without advertising leaflets. Goods are packed in cardboard. This cardboard is recycled and recyclable and comes from responsible sources.
